Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments, services and appointments at our clinic. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

1. Consultations & Medical Suitability

• All clients must complete a medical consultation before treatment
• Treatments will only be carried out if the practitioner considers it safe and suitable.
• If you are not deemed suitable for a treatment, alternative recommendations may be offered, but the clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment.

2. Booking & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
• Deposits are redeemable against the cost of your treatment on the day.
• If you cancel or reschedule within the cancellation period, the deposit may be retained.

3. Cancellations & Lateness

• We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
• If you arrive late, we may not be able to offer the full treatment and the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

4. Treatment Results

• Results vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle and aftercare.
• No aesthetic treatment can be guaranteed, and clients must understand that outcomes differ from person to person.
• Additional treatments may be required at an extra cost to achieve desired results.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Full payment is required at the time of treatment.
• We do not offer refunds on treatments, services or completed procedures.
• Refunds are not provided for adverse reactions, dissatisfaction with the outcome, or changes of mind after treatment.
• Products purchased in clinic are non-refundable once opened.

6. Aftercare

• Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided by the practitioner.
• The clinic is not liable for complications or undesired results arising from failure to follow aftercare advice.

7. Under 18s

• We do not treat clients under 18 for any injectable or aesthetic procedures.
• Proof of age may be required.

8. Photography & Record Keeping

• Before-and-after photos may be taken for medical documentation and treatment monitoring.
• Images will not be used for marketing without your written consent.

9. Health & Safety

• If you are unwell (including cold sores or active infections), please reschedule your appointment.
• Inform your practitioner of any changes to your medical history before each appointment.

10. Patch Tests

• Patch tests may be required for certain treatments.
• If you refuse a patch test, the clinic may decline to perform the treatment.

11. Clinical Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse treatment or discontinue treatment at any time if safety concerns arise or if behaviour is inappropriate.
